He also submits that as order of the writ court has already complied with, therefore, the present contempt application lost its efficacy. 4. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the respondent, contents of the order passed by the writ court as well as order dated 29.3.2025 passed by Naib Tehsildar, Baskhari, Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar, this Court is of the view that order in question has already been complied with, therefore, present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
