This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to take immediate and effective action to protect the life and property of the petitioner from the illegal activities of the opposite party and their associates. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a civil suit and seek injunction before the Civil Court as permissible under law. 4.
