Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashwani Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that S.A. No.694 of 2023 was filed by the petitioners and in the said application, an interim relief application was also filed, subsequently on 24.02.2025, an application for early hearing was moved stating that the respondent authorities are proceeding for further action, as such, interim relief application may be decided expeditiously. On the said application, an order came to be passed on 07.03.2025 to the effect that the application is beyond limitation and the delay condonation application is yet to be decided. It is further stated that on account of huge pendency of about 7800 cases, date was fixed for 14.07.2025. The remains from the order that the DRT is loaded with cases and the order dated 07.03.2025 indicates that they are not in a position to decide the application expeditiously, as such, the petitioner has no other alternative remedy except to approach this Court. 3. Considering the facts as recorded above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the DRT to pass orders on the interim relief application as well as the delay condonation application with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks. As the bank has not taken any steps for publication of sale, no steps shall be taken for a period of six weeks or till the disposal of the application, whichever is earlier.
