Civl Judge (Junior Division), South Court No.24, District- Sultanpur, expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
