Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection submitting that the petitioner while filing the writ petition has suppressed the fact that his candidature has been cancelled vide impugned order dated 29.03.2025 which was communicated to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware about any such order, however, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition assailing the order dated 29.03.2025.
