Since the accused intends to marry the victim, as per compromise effected between them, therefore, the present application is allowed and the accused/petitioner No.1 is ordered to be taken in proper custody firstly to his house at Mohalla Mugla, Post OfÏce Hardaspura, Tehsil and District Chamba, H.P. and to the temple at Chamba, H.P. on 2.5.2025, where the marriage is scheduled to be solemnized and thereafter, he be brought back on 5.5.2025 to the Jail under proper escort. 5. The accused/petitioner No.1 shall bear all the expenses of transportation and also to provide food and suitable stay to the police ofÏcial(s) accompanying him. 6.
