(3) Learned Counsel for the review applicant submits that the society, in question, is getting financial aid from the State Government and all its members are in government service, therefore the writ petition would be maintainable. (4) Mr. Sandeep Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing for the caveator, however, submits that no financial aid is given by the government to the association in question and the association is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and it is purely a private body. (5) Review of the order can only be made when there is any error apparent on the face of record. We do not find any such error which may justify invocation of review jurisdiction.
