Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the present application has been preferred for quashing the order dated 25.04.2023 and order dated 15.01.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/Additional Session Judge, Court No. II, Bhadohi, Gyanpur in Session Trial No. 121 of 2016 (State versus Parasnath and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 282/2015 under sections 323, 504 I.P.C. and section 3(1)X SC/ST Act, Police Station Bhadohi District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) whereby learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/Additional Session Judge, Court No. II, Bhadohi, Gyanpur vacated the stay order dated 11.07.2017 passed by this Hon'ble Court and issued non bailable warrant against the applicant in pursuance of order passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Criminal Appeal 1375-1376/2013 Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vs CBI and further vide order dated 15.01.2025 issued proceeding under section 82 Cr.P.C. against the applicants, however, the applicants have been acquitted by the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Bhadohi on 06.03.2025, thus the application has been rendered infructuous. 2. Learned A.G.A. does not dispute the said fact. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as infructuous. The judgment and order dated 06.03.2025 is taken on record and marked as Appendix 'A'.
