The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent No.4 at the behest of respondent Nos.5 and 6, and constantly being called to the police station without issuing of notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS or Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that Crime No.16 of 2025, under Section 329(4), 296, 79, 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS is registered on the file of Rentachintala Police Station, and that the petitioners are being called for investigation purposes. It is also submitted that the rowdy sheets have been opened against petitioner Nos.1 and 3. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioners to work out their remedies in Crime No.16 of 2025, on the file of Rentachintala Police Station. There shall be no order as to costs.
