Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel Shri Ashwani Pratap Singh. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected vide the order dated 24.3.2025, on the ground that the petitioner does not belong to a BPL (Below Poverty Line) category but rather falls under the APL (Above Poverty Line) category. The candidate selected for the post in question belongs to the BPL category and has been chosen strictly on the basis of merit. He further submits that he will provide a copy of the order by which the petitioner's case has been rejected, within a period of three days' from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by which her candidature has been rejected. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh.
