By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued a writ or writs /order / or orders to quashed the advertisement dated 03.03.2020 (Annexure P/1) so far as appointment of member of Juvenile Justice Board at Bilaspur is concern, in the interest of justice and further be pleased to direct the respondent's authorities, to appoint the petitioner on the post of member of Juvenile SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.06.20 14:34:59 +0530 2 Justice Board at Bilaspur in view of earlier advertisement dated 11.05.2018, in the ends of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. The petitioner has challenged the advertisement dated 03.03.2020 issued by the respondent No. 2, whereby applications have been invited for Office of member of Juvenile Justice Board in the State of Chhattisgarh. 3. According to Clause 5.4(1) of the advertisement, the appointment was to be made for period of 3 years and that period has already expired.
