Mr. Owais Majeed, Advocate enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. We are not inclined to condone the delay in filing the application for review of the order dated 27thMarch, 2024, as we do not find any sufficient cause demonstrated by the applicants seeking condonation of delay in filing the review petition. However, taking into consideration the controversy involved in the main petition, P a g e | 2 CM No. 534/2025 In RP No. 9/2025 CM No. 535/2025 we deem it proper to prepone the date of hearing fixed in the main writ petition and also the connected contempt petition to 03.04.2025. 5. The Registry is, directed to list the matter on 03.04.2025 at the top of the list. We request the learned writ Court to decide the main petition and also to consider the contempt petition filed by the respondent simultaneously. 6. Learned Senior AAG appearing on behalf of the appellants and Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents have assured this Court that no unnecessary adjournment shall be sought before the learned writ Court. 7.
