Heard Sri Surya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Avadhesh Shukla, learned counsel, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite parties, the same is taken on record. 2. Under challenge is the order dated 29.01.2025. 3. Admittedly, against the order impugned in the writ petition dated 29.01.2025, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal to the Appellate Authority under the provisions of the U.P. State Warehousing Corporation Staff Regulations before the Executive Committee of the Corporation. 4. Accordingly, as the petitioner has got a remedy of appeal, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 29.01.2025 within two weeks from today. In case, such an appeal is filed within the aforesaid period, then the Appellate Authority shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of appeal along with a certified copy of this order. 5. Till the disposal of the appeal of the petitioner, no recovery shall be made against the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned order dated 29.01.2025. However, it is also provided that in case the appeal is not filed within the aforesaid period then the benefit of this order shall not be available to the petitioner.
