Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, 1. Sri Sudip Mukherjee, 2. Sri Kalyan Das and 3. Sri Bilash Deka, who are apprehending their arrest by the police of Garchuk police station. However, as the petitioners were unable to give any detail about any pending case in that police station against them, hence, a report was called for from the Officer-In-Charge of Garchuk police station. 3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted a report submitted by the Officer-In-Charge of Garchuk police station, wherein, it is stated that no police station case is registered against the petitioners in the said police station. 4. In view of the said report, the apprehension of getting arrested by the petitioners does not have any basis and therefore, this anticipatory bail application is closed. 5.
