And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Seraj Ahmad Khan,Om Prakash Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Gaurav Mehrotra,Utsav Mishra Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for respondent no. 1 and 3 and Shri Utsav Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no. 2. The petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the opposite parties to decide the representation for seeking extension of time for physical efficiency test preparation and directing the Opposite parties to provide at least three months of preparation time for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), ensuring a fair and just selection process, in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if respondent no. 2 is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's pending representation regarding his claim which is on record as Annexure No. 7 to the petition. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is submitted, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 2 within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 2.4.2025/R.C. Digitally signed by :- RAM CHANDER YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
