The petitioners allege interference in their Bhumidhari lands in the garb of widening of existing road. Shri Manish Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has instructions to inform the Court that the aforesaid work was being undertaken, however, on the objections of the petitioners, the same has been stopped and the revenue authorities have been asked to undertake an exercise for demarcation. 3. Let the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned undertake an exercise for demarcation of the boundaries of Bhumidhari Gatas of the petitioners and the Gata on which the road exists so that the matter be resolved at the earliest. The aforesaid exercise shall be taken in the presence of the petitioners and other persons as may be affected. Further work would be undertaken only after the demarcation exercise is completed. 4.
