This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 11.03.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0050 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 324(4) of B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Fatanpur, District Pratapgarh. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 25.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. 5.
