Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:18310 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3453 of 2025 Petitioner :- Saurabh Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Medical Health And Family Welfare U.P. Lko. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anoop Kumar,Sandeep Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Puneet Chandra Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of LAB Technician on the basis of outsourcing on priority basis in pursuance of order dated 27.08.2024 passed by respondent no.- 1. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.5 to decide the Representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2024 in pursuance of the order/instruction issued by the Respondent No.1 as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition in the interest of justice.. III. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to provide the job through outsourcing and given preference/weightage to the petitioner as Covid-Warriors." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.5 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Balrampur within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.5 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
