In view of the statement made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has virtually become infructuous and the same is hereby consigned to record. However, it is expected that in case anything as alleged is repeated in future, the Nagar Nigam shall take immediate action in terms of the order passed by this Court on 15.092021 in Misc.
