By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records of case from the respondent authorities. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authority to clear the pending bills of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame. 10.3 That any other relief/order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a petrol pump dealer and he has supplied petrol and diesel to the respondent No. 3 on his requirement and requisition. However, since year 2021 the bills are pending and that has not been paid, some of the bills were paid, however, rest of the bills are still unpaid. The said bills are undisputed bills. The amount charged in the bills are undisputed, however, the respondent No. 3 is not paying the same as such this petition has been filed for a limited direction that the respondent No. 3 may be directed to consider the same and to disburse the amount to the petitioner within 3 some stipulated period. He further submits that at page No. 25 in the petition a note-sheet has been obtained under Right to Information Act according to which Account Officer to the office of respondent No. 3 has already recommended or send the bills to the concerned authorities and respondent No. 3 has also approved the same, however, bills are not yet to be paid. 3. On the other hand learned counsel for the respondents/State submits that if the petitioner will approach the respondent No. 3, the respondent No. 3 will consider the bills of the petitioner and will pass appropriate order for disbursement of the amount as claimed by the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Accordingly, it is directed that the undisputed bills so far as submitted by the petitioner is concerned, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the same and to pass appropriate orders while releasing the amount pertaining to the petitioner within a period of 45 days. 6.
