Thereafter, the applicant had filed another application under Section 482 Cr.P.C/528 B.N.S.S No. 3351 of 2025, which was allowed by judgment and order dated 21.04.2025 and he prays for dismissal of the present application as dismissed as infructuous. 3. As such, the present application is dismissed as infructuous.
