Court No. 40, Lucknow or concerned trial Court to decide the proceeding of Regular Suit No. 652/2019 (Smt. Shanti Dev and others Vs. Mohsin and other) within a stipulated period of time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party. 4.
