This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.03.2025, at Police Station- Gosaiganj, District - Sultanpur at FIR No.0091 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 2/3 (1) of U.P. Gangsters & Antisocial Activities (Prevention), Act 1986 as contained in Annexure -1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other Court as permissible under law. 4.
