Also heard Mr. Sunil Pillai, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 as well as Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents No.2 and 3. 2 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that instant writ appeal has become infructuous as respondent No.3 i.e. the District Magistrate, Durg, District Durg has already conclude the proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assests and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and also passed the order in this regard. 3 Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have not opposed the submissions advanced on behalf of the appellants. 4 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the present writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
