(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite there being repeated requests, prayer made by the petitioner for settlement of loan under OTS scheme is not being considered, as a result thereof, great prejudice is being caused to the petitioner, who is otherwise ready and willing to pay the OTS amount of Rs. 43.10 crores, calculated as per One Time Settlement policy. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank fairly states that representation, if not already decided, same shall be decided expeditiously. - 2 - 3. Consequently, in view of the fair stand adopted by learned counsel for the respondents, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within ten days taking note of the OTS Scheme. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass speaking order. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate court of law be he still remains aggrieved. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
