$~32 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + BAIL APPLN. 1147/2025 & CRL.M.A. 8696/2025 FAIM .....Petitioner Through: Ms. Gulshan Jahan, Advocate. versus STATE (GOVT. OF NCT OF DELHI) .....Respondent Through: Ms. Priyanka Dalal, APP for State. SI Satya Parkash, PS Tigri CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA O R D E R % 21.03.2025 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] CRL.M.A. 8695/2025 (exemption) 1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 3. It is clear that the applicant has tried to play fraud on the Court by BAIL APPLN. 1147/2025 2. The applicant seeks to be released on bail in this case of child rape. It appears that in the asal tehrir (PDF page 21) and the corresponding portion of chargesheet (PDF page 41), certain words have been struck down/redacted with blue pen, which is found unusual, because those words are in continuity of the statement and are not name of anyone. As such, I compared the same with the original investigation file. The original investigation file shows that those words are basically the description of penetrative sexual assault. The original investigation file has those words complete and intact. This is a digitally signed order.
