Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant-Pankaj Goswami is in judicial custody in relation to Case Crime No. 0397 of 2023 registered at P.S. Kotwali Roorkee District Haridwar arising out of FIR dated 13.06.2023, wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498A IPC read with Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant married with the deceased on 12.11.2015, and from this marriage two children were born. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant. He further submits that present applicant is languishing in jail since 12.12.2024. He further submits that during past 9 years of their marriage there was no complaint with regard to demand of dowry. 5. On the other side, learned A.G.A. for the state have not disputed this fact that the charge sheet has already been filed and the applicant has no previous criminal history. He has also not disputed this fact that applicant married with the deceased in the year 2015. 6. After hearing arguments of the learned counsel for the parties, and further taking into consideration that the investigation has already been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed, therefore there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant, as such, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant-Pankaj Goswami be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
