The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR No. 0330/2020 dated 03/11/2020 lodged by respondent No.1, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioners by the learned trial Court and the evidence of the witnesses are being recorded, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 3 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
