PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, has submitted a report along with the documents and also joint Memo filed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent herein. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1907 of 2010 Dated 25.03.2025 3. In the report the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority submitted that the petitioner and the 2nd respondent appeared before the Secretary on 12.03.2025 and submitted a joint memo stating that the learned Judge, Family Court, Vizianagaram, on 28.06.2010 in F.C.O.P.No.87 of 2009 granted maintenance of Rs.500/- per month each to the respondent Nos.2 to 4. Later, the petitioner and respondent No.2 filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 for grant of divorce on the ground of mutual consent in F.C.O.P.No.86 of 2015 as per terms settle down between the parties.The petitioner-husband gave Ac.0.36 cents in Sy.No.106-16 (9 cents), 127-18 (11 cents), 119-12(16 cents) and vacant land to an extent of 46 square yards towards building-shelter and cash of Rs.3,30,000/- to the wife towards permanent alimony as full and final settlement. The petitioner and the 2nd respondent had also furnished copy of the judgment dated 20.06.2016 in F.C.O.P.No.86 of 2015 and agreement entered in between the parties dated 06.11.2015. The said documents are annexed with the report. The 2nd respondent, who is the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.87 of 2009, which order is being challenged by the petitioner, got married and she is living separately, and there are no disputes pending in between them. 4. A perusal of the joint memo filed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent unequivocally corroborates the above version.The learned counsels for both sides report no objection for the joint memo was filed by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent. Perused photocopy of the order in 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1907 of 2010 Dated 25.03.2025 F.C.O.P.No.86 of 2015 and also the case details obtained from the E-Courts status information. 5. In view of the comprehensive report submitted by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, the Criminal Revision Case can be disposed of as compromised in between the parties. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs.
