The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) to direct the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sitapur to decide the Application-6C pending in Civil Suit No. 56/2025 (Reeta and another Vs. Sri Narayan Tripathi and another, which is pending in the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sitapur for consideration. (ii) to direct the opposite parties to maintain status quo on the spot during pendency of the Application-6C under order-39 Rule-1 Code of Civil Procedure in Civil Suit No. 56/2025 (Reeta and another Vs. Sri Narayan Tripathi and another, which is pending in the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sitapur for consideration on 28.01.2025." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
