The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 06.06.2024 at about 6.20 A.M., theft was committed in the house of the Informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelleries, Rs. 47,000/- in cash and other articles. 4. It was submitted that a silver bichhia is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
