Affidavit of compliance filed by Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Standing Counsel duly sworn by opposite party no.6- Shri Surendra Singh, Executive Engineer, Nirman Khand-4 (Kumbh Mela), PWD, Prayagraj, District- Prayagraj is taken on record. He submits that order of Writ Court has already been complied with in letter and spirit, as the representation of the applicants has been decided vide order dated 24.01.2025, by which, the same has been rejected, therefore, the present contempt application may be dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants opposes the submission of learned Standing Counsel and submits that order of Writ Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit, therefore, the opposite parties may be summoned and punished accordingly. 3. Considering the submission of counsel for the parties, contents of application as well as contents of order of Writ Court, it is evident that representation of the applicants has already been decided vide order dated 24.01.2025, therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. 4.
