(ii) The aforesaid payment shall be made within a period of 16 weeks from the date of communication of this order failing which the interest shall be leviable @ 9% per annum after the expiry of the stipulated period of 16 weeks and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear the enhanced component.” Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
