The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 and 3 to decide the application/ license form which was applied on dated 07.11.2023 and passed the order in to issue the arms license of the petitioner as contained in annexure no.1 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned authority to consider and decide the abovesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
