Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding & direct the opp. parties no.1 to 4 to remove illegal encroachment from the land of gram panchayat i.e. land gata no. 305min/0.008hect. which is recorded as Rasta/Chak Marg, in the revenue record situated in village Mahragaura, pargana-Babhanipayar & Tehsil- Mankapur, District Gonda, in the interest of public at large. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opp. party no.4 to take appropriate action against the opp. party no. 6 & 7 and deciding the application dated 20.01.2025 U/s section 460 U.P. Revenue Court Manual, filed in case по. 281/313/315/378/386/2007-2008 (Computrized Case No. T200808307218), U/S 122B U.P.Z.A.& LR Act, "Gaon Sabha versus Guru Charan & others", before the Tehsildar (Judicial), tehsil Mankapur, District Gonda of the petitioner, contained in Annexure no. 5 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed an application under Section 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, which is still pending. 4. In view of the above, directions are issued to decide the same within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
