Case No. 145 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 54 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur (Deoghar). 3. On 17.11.2024 at about 9.15 p.m., Informant was waylaid by two persons near Khamarbad Tank. The accused persons looted Rs. 8,600/- in cash, ATM Cards and other documents. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co- accused Chhotu Malik has been granted bail by this court earlier and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur (Deoghar).in connection with Pathrol P.S.
