Revenue Code, 2006, this Court is not supposed to execute it. The entire procedure of its implementation has been provided in Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. It is that procedure which should be followed. The petitioner may approach the Sub-Divisional Officer or any other Revenue Officer who has jurisdiction who may look into the matter and do the needful, but only as per law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
