Learned counsels for the respondents submit that the present petition be disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to decide and dispose of the appeal within a period of one month and till then Order dated 12.02.2025 to the extent of deposition of Rs. 71,39,218/- be stayed. 05. In view of the above, We dispose of the present petition by directing respondent No.4 to consider and decide the appeal within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to him. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with respondent No.4 for expeditious disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before respondent No.4. Needless to say that respondent No.4 shall consider all the grounds of the petitioner in accordance with the law.
