Issue a suitable order or direction, thereby direct to the opposite party No. 1 i.e. Tehsildar Bikapur, Tehsil-Bikapur, District Ayodhya to decide the Case No. 2747 of 2023 Computerized Case No. T202304230302747 under section 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Yashoda @ Sushila Vs. Manoja @ Santosha & others ,which is pending since 15.07.2023.within stipulated period, in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as certain error has crept, while filing the present petition, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if she applies for the and submit the copies of same.
