No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 09.01.2013 passed in S.C. Suit No.1 of 2025 whereby, the suit was decreed for the relief of rent and ejectment as well as the order dated 25.02.2025 whereby, the revision preferred by the petitioner was also dismissed. 3. While deciding the suit as well as the revision, both the courts have rendered findings of fact with regard to the default committed by the petitioner in payment of rent. 4. No interference is called for in view of the findings recorded by both the courts below. The writ petition is dismissed.
