Learned standing counsel on the basis of written instructions submits that the result of selection on the post of Constable of Civil Police in the State of U.P., has been declared on 13.3.2025 and selection process has been completed on 25.3.2025, and proposal has been sent to the State Government for making appointments on the said post. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his pending representation may be directed to be disposed of by the concerned authority. In view of the above, with the consent of parties' counsel, the petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent No.3 within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of submission of representation along with a copy of this order.
