Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record. 2. This is the second bail application. First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.12360 of 2023. 3. The present bail application has been moved seeking bail in Case Crime No.70 of 2023, under Sections 147, 302 and 506 IPC, Police Station Munshiganj. District Amethi. 4. After perusing the record, it transpires that the first bail application was rejected by this Court after considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as well as post- mortem report etc. Apart from it, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to point out any fresh cause of action or any new ground except the fact that the trial is pending and there is no substantial progress. 5.
