It has been informed by counsel for the parties that the approval with respect to the payment of gratuity is done by the Commissioner, Milk (Dairy Development), U.P., Lucknow, but the actual payment is not done yet. 2. Shri Shanker Lal, counsel for the opposite party no.4 submits that the same shall be sent very soon in the account of the petitioners. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that if the aforesaid amount is not credited in the account of the petitioners, they may move a fresh representation. 4. It is expected that the aforesaid amount shall be paid to the petitioners within period of three months.
