Learned AGA, on instructions, states that police has already withdrawn its lock from the spot. The petitioners can any time enter into their house and put their lock on the house. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioner no.1 shall forthwith approach the police authorities after she gets possession of the house and give her statement under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 before the Magistrate concerned. 4.
