The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opp. parties no.2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment over the public utility land related to Gata No.261M. recorded to Community Health Centre Tikait Nagar District Barabanki Area 0.3990 and Gata No. 245/1 Area 0.6670 is recorded as a Banjar and Gata No. 245/2 Area 0.0420 is recorded as a Naveen Parti in the Revenue record under the Town Area-Tikait Nagar, District-Barabanki as contained Annexure No.-1, 2 & 3 by the opp. party No. 6, in the large of public interest of justice." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under sections 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the said proceedings positively within a period of ninety days.
