The petitioner has approached this Court assailing the order dated 28.2.2023 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Devi Patan Division, Gonda wherein he has rejected the application for interim relief preferred by the petitioner. The said order was passed after hearing the petitioner, who is the appellant as well as the opposite parties in the said appeal. 2. This Court has noticed that the present petition is pending for over two years and notices have also been issued to the respondents but it seems that the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending consideration before Additional Commissioner (Administration),Devi Patan Division, Gonda. Accordingly, this Court is of the considered view that the appeal deserves to be decided with expedition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also does not oppose the said proposition. 4.
