This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 01.03.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0110 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 8, 21, 29, 60 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow. 3. Learned AGA on his instructions, states that there are two more criminal cases pending against the petitioner which the petitioner had knowingly and willingly concealed the fact in the writ petition. 4. This Court in the given circumstances is not inclined to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction due to concealment of fact by the petitioner. 5. The writ petition is dismissed.
