Jitesh and others, arising out of Case Crime No.547 of 2019, under Sections 364A, 302, 201, 404 I.P.C., Police Station Highway, District Mathura, pending before the Additional District Judge 4th, Mathura to any other court of competent jurisdiction at same district. None appears for the applicant. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has stated that the prayer for transfer of trial is based on the ground that the accused has an apprehension that he may not get justice before the trial Court presided over by Additional District Judge 4th, Mathura, but during the pendency of the application, the said Presiding Officer has been transferred to some other district. In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication in this application and same is disposed of as infructuous.
