The grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to the non- convening of the dorbar of Urksew-Wahpathaw village under Raid Shabong, Khyrim Syiemship to allow the village residents to discuss village affairs. 2. It has been submitted by Mr. T.Dkhar, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that despite multiple reminders, the respondent No. 3 has not responded to the request of the residents and in fact even a complaint had been filed before the respondents No. 1 & 2. 2025:MLHC:109 3 3. Mr. R.Majaw, learned counsel present on behalf of the respondent No. 3 submits that if this is the only grievance, the respondent No. 3 who is the Headman of Urksew-Wahpathaw village is ready to convene the dorbar within two months and to allow the residents to bring up whatever village affairs that are deemed necessary. It is further submitted that in this dorbar, it will not be necessary for any observer or supervision to be done by the office of the respondent No. 4. 4. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it is seen that this matter can be disposed of at this stage itself on the concession made by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. 5. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent No. 3 shall convene the village dorbar of Urksew-Wahpathaw village within a period of two months from the date of this order by allowing all the bonafide village residents to participate in the same. The petitioner is also directed to fully cooperate with the dorbar in this regard. 6. With the above directions, matter stands closed and disposed of.
