Sugreev & others' pending since 03.07.2009, expeditiously within a stipulated period, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the suit is pending since 2009, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the Regular Suit No. 335/2009 expeditiously within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
